All users of the bombata.co.nz website, by entering this site, agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions stipulated here. These Terms and Conditions may change without notice.

Supply
bombata.co.nz will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. However if an item is out of stock a representative from bombata.co.nz will contact you to discuss an anticipated dispatch time or an alternative.

Delivery
bombata.co.nz will endeavour to deliver your order within the times stipulated in the "Delivery Information". However, bombata.co.nz will not be liable for orders that are delivered outside these times due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns
All goods are returnable with no questions asked, providing they are returned in the original packaging and in an unused condition and within 10 working days. Sale items cannot be returned. Postage and packaging will not be refunded unless the products arrive damaged or faulty. To return an item please contact us at bombatanz@gmail.com for details of where to send it.

Display of Colours
All computer screens display colours slightly differently. The colours you see when you visit our website may differ slightly from the actual product colour.

Prices of Goods
All prices of goods contained in the bombata.co.nz website are in New Zealand dollars. Prices may change without notice. GST of 15% is included if applicable.

At bombata.co.nz your privacy is our priority. bombata.co.nz will not release any information about our customers to persons or entities outside our organisation. bombata.co.nz ensures that their website is hosted on a secure server and as such, all information gathered and stored about their customers are kept private, safe and secure. International bombata.co.nz delivers within New Zealand. Freight costs for delivery to other countries can be quoted separately on request.

Shopping online with bombata.co.nz is as safe, if not safer, than shopping in an actual store. bombata.com.au in conjunction with DPS utilises industry standard SSL (secure socket layers) for your online security. Secure Socket Layers Web Server Encryption scrambles and encrypts information sent between your computer and our server. This ensures that your information can't be viewed, stolen or copied.

DPS have a dedicated and purpose built development and data centre, specially designed for payments processing. DPS have invested and continue to re-invest in state of the art, bank grade security and infrastructure. DPS are fully certified as Visa AIS and MasterCard SDP (PCI-DSS) compliant at processor level; using Ernst and Young Risk Management services for quarterly scans on systems and full onsite audits, annually.
