Bombata on the street - The freelancer

Posted on September 29, 2015 by Linda Hutchings

Spotted in Auckland with an emerald green Bombata Chubby travel case, freelance marketing consultant Huia explains "I'm all about the carry on! In the last few years I have done a lot of business travel to Wellington - and if it doesn't fit into a carry-on bag, it isn't coming!"

With a fondness for great boots, Huia says that the right boots will go with two outfits, which means a change of clothes, laptop and toiletries will easily fit into a Bombata Chubby Classic travel bag.

"I prefer quality to quantity, and I love vintage." says Huia. "The Bombata travel bag is new, this Emporio Armani shirt and these grey suede boots are vintage Italian. The jacket is thrifted David Lawrence, made in Australia.

"I don't like to have a lot of handbags and travel bags - just have a few well made ones that I really love. I have an Argentinian leather handbag, a Briarwood bag, and a vintage french one that I found in a market. For travelling I have one overnight travel bag, and my trusty backpack which has been around the globe twice, and all over the Pacific Islands and Australia with me!"

Bombata Chubby travel bags come in a mini size and the slightly larger Classic Chubby overnight bag (pictured), which will hold a laptop, chargers and change of clothes. All you need for overnight business travel, or a weekend trip!

Huia is no stranger to Bombata - she works with Fresh Marketing and provides marketing services to Bombata Australia & New Zealand.
